When my youngest was almost 4, I was finally ready to lose the 15 lbs I still carried after my 2nd pregnancy. The first thing I started to do was exercise regularly...workouts 3 times a week, walking and biking. I felt amazing but I didn’t lose any weight. It took changing some lifestyle habits, my relationship with food, and my mindset, to finally lose all the weight(and keep it off for the last 10 years). It wasn’t easy at first(because I had daily sweet cravings I had to learn to control!), but I would say it’s easy to keep off now because my daily habits are now part of me, without me having to put 10 reminders in my calendar! 

Exercise is obviously part of the weight management puzzle, but it may not be what you should start doing first. Through trial and error and being my own case study, completing a Fitness and Precision Nutrition certification(all scientifically proven based learning) and working with hundreds of women in over 15 years, I just know, in my heart of hearts, that I can help any woman follow the habits that I follow in order to be their best true self.
